Navigating Your Collection
You can navigate your collection in MediaMonkey via the MediaMonkey
Explorer, using mainly the Tree in the left-hand column,
and a Track list on the right.
Browsing for Tracks
To navigate the tree, and the Tracks contained within, several approaches can
be taken:
- Click a particular node in the tree.
- Click the Artist, Album,
Year, or Genre shortcuts that appear in the
Toolbar. This is convenient when the node in question isn't visible.
- Click the Home shortcut in the Toolbar, to collapse the
tree.
- Click the Back to Previous or Forward to
Previous buttons in the toolbar to switch to a previous view that is
of interest.
- Press the <Up> or <Down>
arrows on the keyboard to navigate up and down the tree. Press the
<Right> and <Left> arrows to
expand and collapse folders.
- Type any text to find the next instance of that text within the tree.
